Concept Development & Positioning: Created original storyboards and creative briefs, ensuring alignment with brand values and holiday consumer sentiment.
Campaign Production: Oversaw all aspects of execution, including talent sourcing, location scouting, production schedules, call sheets, and prop styling to bring the campaign vision to life.
Budget & Resource Allocation: Managed a $10K production budget, balancing high-quality creative output with cost efficiency.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Worked closely with internal marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of the campaign across digital, social, and e-commerce touchpoints.
