Claire is a person who thrives when given a problem to solve on her own. She's deeply interested in tech and successfully looks at tech as a tool to drive business value. She does all the little things that add up to success. She connects with stakeholders in between meetings to get unblocked, irons out technical details the bubble up during larger projects, and makes big to do lists move forward in a way that makes them feel small.

In short she's a consistent driver of progress who everyone working with her can trust and depend on. In my time working with her I never saw her have an off day or show the weight of the many projects she juggled. One of her qualities that I admire most is how she executes while kindly uplifting teammates by sharing a laugh, the right amount of encouragement, or well timed Spotify song. I can't recommend Claire enough.
