Case Study: Scaling High-Impact Content for Growth
Scope of Project:
Gales needed a scalable, high-quality content production solution to fuel its marketing efforts across paid, organic, and owned channels.
My role was to create a comprehensive case study that not only highlighted Gales’ transformation with Soona but also positioned Soona as the best-in-class solution for brands looking to optimize their creative workflow. The project included customer research, video and written storytelling, and a multi-channel distribution plan to drive brand credibility, sales enablement, and long-term adoption.

Challenge:
Gales, a forward-thinking footwear brand for medical professionals and those on their feet all day, faced content production bottlenecks that limited their ability to scale. Their founder, Rob Gregg, often resorted to DIY content creation, making it difficult to produce high-quality, conversion-focused visuals at scale.
