Four photographers and I set out on a trip to chase one of the highest ranking storms of the Aurora Borealis. We arrived in Anchorage, Alaska only to realize that it was completely cloud covered. After frantically checking the weather, we found pockets of clear skies in the Yukon Territory. A 14-hour drive later, we found the lights dancing over mountain tops of one of the largest lakes in the Yukon. We had 3 nights of shooting from 10pm - 5:00am, scoping out scenery, stumbling upon National Parks, and dancing with the lights.
