Packs

Context: Production often overwhelms customers new to photo + video shoots. This was stopping them from converting.

As experts in the e-commerce space, soona created Packs— a pre-designed, pre-designated shot list curated to meet creative + technical best practices of various marketplaces and social media platforms.

Action: I led the positioning & messaging of Packs, oversaw the design of the landing page, and created our GTM strategy for launching new, industry-specific Packs. The project involved:

- Naming, positioning, and messaging of Packs.
- Identifying the platforms & marketplaces our customers were selling and posting their content on.
- Copywriting for the Packs landing page, and each Pack.
- Implementing on the flagship & booking website (managing in-house Webflow designer).
- Developing a distribution plan.
